After two and half years, I achieved my prolactin level in normal range naturally. Over that time, I was using food state supplements only, with no change in eating habits. Over next few years I noticed changes, I felt better and to my surprise, I discovered that food could also be a medicine. I become more and more fascinated about ancient medicine.
Now I can say: “The path is everything. We can achieve so much during the process of learning in our life. We can raise the standard of living by simple tricks – food decisions. We are given everything what we need. In order to get better we just need to take the right actions and follow your dream, which in many cases is health.”
I’ve recovered by applying natural remedies: food, supplements, self-awareness and relaxation techniques (personal development). Now I help others to maintain good health through promotion of healthy lifestyle.
In cases of imbalances in the body my recommendations are to restore the body’s repairing forces. Three elements are included in my plans:
- diet – healthy and safe food products
- combination of food which is the key in achieving digestive balance as a foundation
- supplementary health nutrition
I also use and promote visualization techniques to keep motivation on the high level.
For the last 15 years, I have expanded my knowledge of natural healing techniques, supplementation and the ability to achieve positive effects by the human willingness and subconscious.
I’m constantly learning and gaining knowledge and practice. My favourite health topics are body cleansing, deworming, alkaline diet, separation diet, GAPS, ketogenic diet, strengthening the body’s immunity, auto-immune diet and restoring vitality. I’m fascinated by the human organism and its ability to recover.
I became a Nutritional Therapist specializing in naturopathic nutrition and gained the Diploma in College of Naturopathic Medicine in Dublin.
In collaboration with the client, I always fully engage and focus on the needs. I assist the clients in achieving goals through consultations, mentoring program, workshops and on-line mastermind groups.
